Fox Hollow Freeze Drying is a family-owned, locally handcrafted freeze-dried foods cottage bakery proudly serving the Minot, North Dakota area. What started with a freeze dryer purchased by my son quickly turned into a shared passion — creating fun, flavorful treats that bring something a little different (and a lot more crunch!) to our community.

Today, we carefully craft and freeze-dry each batch ourselves, while also creating our own in-house handcrafted candies to add a personal, homemade touch you won’t find just anywhere. Every product that leaves our kitchen reflects our dedication to quality, creativity, and care.
